To create your account and ensure its security, we process your email address (used as a unique login identifier) and a hashed password. We also store your selected username and profile preferences. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit, using industry-standard protocols.
Device & Performance Metrics
When you use our tools, we may process anonymized performance data—like battery impact or background CPU usage—strictly to optimize the app for your specific hardware profile. This data is aggregated, stripped of personal identifiers, and never shared with third parties. It's the data we use to answer: "How efficient is this tool on *this* device?"
Support & Communication
If you contact support, we retain your message and our correspondence. This is necessary for tracking issues, providing follow-up, and improving our help resources. These records are kept for two years post-resolution for training and quality assurance, then purged.
What This Policy Does NOT Cover
Third-Party App Stores
If you download Uplixo.pro through a third-party marketplace (e.g., a regional app store), the data they collect is governed by their policies, not ours. We only control data processed directly through our official platforms.
User-Generated Content
Performance logs, custom configurations, or setup notes you manually input are stored locally on your device by default. You must explicitly enable cloud sync for this data to be transmitted to our servers.
Linked Developer Tools
When integrating with external SDKs or APIs (e.g., for cloud save functionality), the data flow may involve the provider of that service. We only use vetted partners with public privacy policies.
